Field and Stream Real Estate is locally owned and operated by Nicholas County citizens who want to see our community grow and benefit from one another. We focus on family values personally and professionally; striving to be a honest and fair representative

OUR HISTORY
Field and Stream Real Estate was established in 1977 by John F. Harper. It is the eldest real estate agency in Nicholas County and has served the community for many years. John was not only the broker, but he also did real estate appraisals for many years and has a very knowledgeable method while
listing and selling properties.

In 2014, John decided to sell his business so he could enjoy his retirement years- that led him to Susan N. Johnson- one of his agents. John mentored Susan for several years and she then received her broker's license. John is now the Associate Broker and still assists Susan
throughout the company.

Susan currently owns and operates Field and Stream Real Estate and has numerous years' experience in residential and commercial properties. We understand the importance of "small community" while assisting in a bigger and better real estate market for everyone.
