A 1998 graduate from Richwood High School, a 2009 graduate from Glenville State college and a 2010 graduate from World Wide School of Auctioneering in Mason city, Iowa.

Susan has been a realtor since 2008, an auctioneer since 2010, and a broker since 2016. She currently owns and operates Field and Stream Real Estate and is always available for any real estate needs.

Kim McPherson has been a lifelong resident of Nicholas County where she graduated from Nicholas County High School then graduated from Glenville University with a teaching degree. She has been a teacher in the county for 19 years and also received her Masters Degree from Marshall University.

She is married to Brian and they have 3 wonderful children. Kim obtained her real estate license from Spruce School of Real Estate and is ready to assist in any real estate transactions.

Dawn Moore was born and raised in Nicholas County which provides her strong and passionate connection to our beautiful area. Dawn has been in the real estate business since the early 90's and has a wide knowledge of the industry.

She is married to Dencel  Moore and they reside in Mt. Nebo and they have 2 sons that reside in Nicholas County as well. Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing at the beach, and "junk shopping" with her mother. 

Dawn will use her vast knowledge of the area and her charming people skills to ensure that every transaction is to the client's satisfaction.

Tiffany Russell is a lifelong Nicholas County resident and is excited to incorporate real estate as one of the many ways she is involved in her community.

Tara Fowler is a Fayette County native, born and raised in southern West Virginia. Bobby is a lifelong resident of Craigsville and has been married for 25 years with two daughters and six grandchildren. He graduated Richwood High School in 1994 and is a member of the Craigsville Fire Department where he enjoys serving his community. Bobby loves anything to do with the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping with his family. Bobby began in sales with vehicles where he worked for 5 years then continued his career path to become the Sales Manager at Mountaineer RV in Mount Nebo WV, he has currently been with them since the doors opened in June of 2023.  

Bobby works extremely hard for his customers and will go above and beyond, not only to find them what they are wanting, but to also make sure they have an exceptional experience.

Kristin is a resident of Nicholas County and a graduate from NCHS in 2018. She has been working in sales for 8 years where nearly half of her sales career she spent in Brooklyn NY, and has always had a love for real estate. Kristin is also a license massage therapist in our community. 

Kristin is excited to begin her dream journey on this new chapter in her career and is always available to help her clients with any real estate needs.
