Kelly Dawson

Kelly Dawson is a lifelong resident of Nicolas County.  She studied realty at Tyree School of Real Estate in Mt. Hope, WV.  She obtained her realtor’s license in July of 1998.
Over the past 2 decades, she has taken the role of owner/office manager of Red Oak Primary Care, with her husband Joe, and focused on raising their children. 
With the encouragement of her family, she has decided to reestablish her career and passion in Real Estate.  Her free time consists of enjoying the outdoors with her husband, 3 adult children and families.  She also enjoys reading.

Dawn Moore

Dawn Moore was born and raised in Nicholas County which provides her strong and passionate connection to our beautiful area. Dawn has been in the real estate business since the early 90's and has a wide knowledge of the industry.

She is married to Dencel  Moore and they reside in Mt. Nebo and they have 2 sons that reside in Nicholas County as well. Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing at the beach, and "junk shopping" with her mother.

Ashley Radford

Ashley Radford is originally from Gilmer County. She graduated from Glenville State University in 2015 with majors in Accountng, Business Management, and Computer Science. She worked for Gibbons &

Kawash CPA Firm in Charleston, WV before moving to Florida in 2016. There she worked for the National Park Service at Big Cypress National Preserve. In 2020, she and her husband, Josh, started a family and moved back home to West Virginia. Josh’s law enforcement career with the US Forest Service landed them in beautiful Nicholas County in 2021. Ashley completed her real estate course through Spruce School of Real Estate in 2019 but has been inactive while starting a family and raising babies. She said, “My family and I just absolutely love this area. We were engaged and married in Fayetteville. Summersville Lake has always been my favorite. The Gauley River is second to none, and the Mon. National Forest is such a well-kept secret. We are ready to put down roots here and get settled, so I’m ready to dive into my real estate career and get going.” In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors enjoying the beauty of the mountain state. She attends Little Laurel Baptist Church in Richwood and is a member of the WV Litter Busters which aims to encourage litter cleanups and preserve the beauty of WV. She is eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry and looks forward to helping clients with all their real estate needs.
