A 1998 graduate from Richwood High School, a 2009 graduate from Glenville State college and a 2010 graduate from World Wide School of Auctioneering in Mason city, Iowa.

Susan has been a realtor since 2008, an auctioneer since 2010, and a broker since 2016. She currently owns and operates Field and Stream Real Estate and is always available for any real estate needs.

Kim McPherson has been a lifelong resident of Nicholas County where she graduated from Nicholas County High School then graduated from Glenville University with a teaching degree. She has been a teacher in the county for 19 years and also received her Masters Degree from Marshall University.

She is married to Brian and they have 3 wonderful children. Kim obtained her real estate license from Spruce School of Real Estate and is ready to assist in any real estate transactions.

Kelly Dawson is a lifelong resident of Nicolas County.  She studied realty at Tyree School of Real Estate in Mt. Hope, WV.  She obtained her realtor’s license in July of 1998.
Over the past 2 decades, she has taken the role of owner/office manager of Red Oak Primary Care, with her husband Joe, and focused on raising their children. 
With the encouragement of her family, she has decided to reestablish her career and passion in Real Estate.  Her free time consists of enjoying the outdoors with her husband, 3 adult children and families.  She also enjoys reading.

Dawn Moore was born and raised in Nicholas County which provides her strong and passionate connection to our beautiful area. Dawn has been in the real estate business since the early 90's and has a wide knowledge of the industry.

She is married to Dencel  Moore and they reside in Mt. Nebo and they have 2 sons that reside in Nicholas County as well. Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing at the beach, and "junk shopping" with her mother. 

Dawn will use her vast knowledge of the area and her charming people skills to ensure that every transaction is to the client's satisfaction.

Tiffany Russell is a lifelong Nicholas County resident and is excited to incorporate real estate as one of the many ways she is involved in her community.

Nikki Davis is a lifelong resident of Nicholas County. She has worked in sales for the last fifteen years and has always had a passion for Real Estate. Always ready and willing to help those around her, Nikki's background in local community service organizations has given her the building blocks of a solid foundation for serving her clients every need.

Samantha Layne was born and raised in Nicholas County. She has worked in sales for the last five years and has always wanted to be a Real Estate agent. Samantha attended and successfully passed her real estate course with Spruce School of real estate. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Her love for West Virginia and passion to help others make her driven to find the property her clients desire. Samantha’s ambition and can-do attitude has her looking forward to helping future and past clients with all of their real estate needs.

Ashley Radford is originally from Gilmer County. She graduated from Glenville State University in 2015 with majors in Accountng, Business Management, and Computer Science. She worked for Gibbons &

Kawash CPA Firm in Charleston, WV before moving to Florida in 2016. There she worked for the National Park Service at Big Cypress National Preserve. In 2020, she and her husband, Josh, started a family and moved back home to West Virginia. Josh’s law enforcement career with the US Forest Service landed them in beautiful Nicholas County in 2021. Ashley completed her real estate course through Spruce School of Real Estate in 2019 but has been inactive while starting a family and raising babies. She said, “My family and I just absolutely love this area. We were engaged and married in Fayetteville. Summersville Lake has always been my favorite. The Gauley River is second to none, and the Mon. National Forest is such a well-kept secret. We are ready to put down roots here and get settled, so I’m ready to dive into my real estate career and get going.” In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors enjoying the beauty of the mountain state. She attends Little Laurel Baptist Church in Richwood and is a member of the WV Litter Busters which aims to encourage litter cleanups and preserve the beauty of WV. She is eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry and looks forward to helping clients with all their real estate needs. 

Tara Fowler is a Fayette County native, born and raised in southern West Virginia. Bobby is a lifelong resident of Craigsville and has been married for 25 years with two daughters and six grandchildren. He graduated Richwood High School in 1994 and is a member of the Craigsville Fire Department where he enjoys serving his community. Bobby loves anything to do with the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping with his family. Bobby began in sales with vehicles where he worked for 5 years then continued his career path to become the Sales Manager at Mountaineer RV in Mount Nebo WV, he has currently been with them since the doors opened in June of 2023.  

Bobby works extremely hard for his customers and will go above and beyond, not only to find them what they are wanting, but to also make sure they have an exceptional experience.

Blake Fillinger is a lifelong resident of Nicholas County. She is married to Thomas Fillinger and they have been blessed with one daughter named, Emersyn. Blake is an alumni of Concord University. She has a degree in Molecular Biology. As a family, the Fillinger’s enjoy being outdoors. Blake has found her passion for real estate through watching her mother excel in her career. She enjoys talking with people and is excited to help them find a home that will bring joy to them for years to come.
